Terms of Service for Business to Business Relations

Effective as of June 3, 2026

These terms are designed to regulate our current business to business Marketing initiative, as outlined on the www.Concerts-4-Humanity.com website under the Marketing & Sponsorship tab.

These terms of service may be updated as required, and any modifications will be legally enforceable. Should any disputes arise from parties involved in this Marketing program, those parties consent to have any and all disputes resolved in a court of jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.

The Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. business to business Marketing initiative provides marketing services to businesses throughout the United States and internationally.

The specifics of these marketing services and the various levels of participation are detailed on the Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. website, specifically on the Marketing & Sponsorship tab.

Currently, there are 7 levels of Marketing contributions available for businesses to engage in through the Concerts 4 Humanity Inc.business to business marketing program. Each level establishes defined criteria for the marketing opportunities and responsibilities that Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. provides in return for a financial marketing contribution.

Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. will conduct monthly email campaigns to introduce the Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. website to a large audience in the USA and overseas, with an emphasis on contacts within the USA. We aim to distribute at least 5,000 emails, and or, more each month and may employ external sources to assist with these email campaigns. Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. believes that email marketing is one of the most effective ways to promote your brand.

Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. assures that it will deliver the marketing services specified within the contribution level your business opts to choose. No additional services or marketing results are guaranteed or implied, apart from those listed on the Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. website’s Marketing & Sponsorship tab.

To participate in this marketing opportunity, the individual making a financial contribution must be a business owner.

All businesses and business owners that engage in the Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. Marketing program, and make any financial contributions towards Marketing services under the Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. business to business marketing program, as defined on Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. Marketing and Sponsorship tab on the website, acknowledge and agree that their financial contributions are classified as "Marketing Gifts".

All marketing gifts contributed by businesses and/or business owners will be deposited in an FDIC-insured financial holding account managed by Concerts 4 Humanity, Inc. This account will also manage contributions from future Artists and Bands, along with crowdfunding contributions. Funds from this account will be utilized for major artist deposits, as well as costs associated with staging, lighting, sound production, and staffing. Concerts 4 Humanity, Inc. already possesses the necessary debt financing resources to secure significant venue deposits and to fund legal representation for artists, venues, cities, and production negotiations, etc.

Contributions made as marketing gifts shall remain the property of the contributors.

Every contributor for any and all funding related to marketing service gifts agrees that, following their contribution, they will not request to withdraw those funds until the comencement of the first music concert endeavor by Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. Additionally, contributors permit Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. to utilize these funds as leverage for future deposits necessary to launch a primary major music concert. Contributors further acknowledge that they cannot withdraw their contributions until the comencement of this first major music concert by Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. or until the project is terminated by Concerts 4 Humanity Inc., whichever comes first.

Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. will strive to maximize effectiveness when utilizing marketing gifts as leverage for performance deposits, venue deposits, and staff deposits, ensuring that attorney negotiations occur through contracts in order to minimize potential losses from contributors' marketing gift contributions.

Contributors agree to hold Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. harmless against any and all losses related to the marketing gift contributions it manages, and furthermore recognizes and consents that their contributions of marketing gifts are aimed at promoting their company and brand via the Concerts 4 Humanity Inc. website, with no assurances of financial returns or profits from the gifts contributed for efforts to establish a major music concert initiative.
