Founded in January 2026, Concerts 4 Humanity, Inc. is a corporation based in Delaware. It was established by its founding member, Kenneth Ashby, to offer its fans unforgettable music experiences, intertwined with humanitarian efforts.

Before 2006, the founder and visionary of Concerts 4 Humanity, Inc. spent nearly eight years in Nashville, Tennessee. During this time, he was employed on Music Row at his own music publishing company, where he promoted songs for numerous independent songwriters across the U.S. Eventually, he started collaborating with independent artists, pitching them to the A&R departments of Nashville's record labels. He would later embark on writing his own music. While in Nashville, he had the chance and privilege to meet many artists and music industry professionals active in the Nashville music scene.

After 2006, he transitioned into the utilities sector, gaining substantial expertise in this area, which included customer service and utility mapping skills.

Since 2008, the founder of Concerts 4 Humanity, Inc. has been engaged in developing an extensive real estate landholding business as a real estate dealer, successfully acquiring numerous unique and valuable land assets, totaling nearly 140 acres. He continues to pursue opportunities to expand his real estate portfolio.
